Uganda Revenue Authority (URA) Football Club registered a 3-2 win on the road against a hard-fighting MYDA FC at the King George IV Stadium in Tororo.

Striker Cromwell Rwothomio scored a hat-trick in the well contested duel.

The first two of the three goals for the hero arrived in familiar fashion, well-drilled headers off captain Shafik Kagimu’s well-delivered corner kicks.

After an early scare from the hosts, URA built momentum, finding the opener in the 18th minute.

Three minutes later, there were celebrations again when Rwothomio out-jumped the defenders for a powerful finish off another Kagimu corner kick.

On the hour mark, midfielder Brian Nkuubi, making his first start of the season got close but defender Paul Musamali had a timely block.

The first change of the game came five minutes to the half-time recess with Ivan Ntege replacing left-back Arafat Galiwango.
